Fire Performance
Swisspearl is made of a high density fibre cement. This almost entirely consists of cement. Due to this it exceeds all NZBC requirements around spread of fire and peak heat release. It has also been tested on XpressClad and complies with the new NZBC C/AS2 requirements.

Wind Zone Performance
Swisspearl has been tested on XpressClad and achieved record breaking SLS and ULS wind pressures. This combination ensures you have a facade panel and engineered high performance cladding system that can be specified ANYWHERE in New Zealand without specific wind zone requirements taken into account.
