A Design Favourite
with Proven History

XpressClad PX3-0 is a drained rainscreen cladding system with an express joint finish. It is both an aesthetically pleasing and functional cladding option for modern buildings.

XpressClad PX3-0 incorporates an anodised aluminium rail support system to achieve a 20mm cavity depth. Installed on standard NZS 3604 timber framing.

Cladding panels are attached to the support rails with the concealed adhesive fixing system, creating a clean and high aesthetic finish.

Select from prefinished panels offered in a large range of colours and surface textures only requiring low maintenance or a plain panel ready for the site applied finish of your choice.

The XpressClad PX3-0 system offers architects the freedom to design unique facades, achieved by experimenting with panel sizes, pattern layouts combined with the range of colour and finishes offered.

With the longest history of use, the XpressClad PX3-0 system is not only cost effective and durable, it can also be used anywhere in New Zealand including coastal locations and up to extreme wind pressures. Making it suitable for both residential and light commercial buildings.

XpressClad Substructure Options

There are 3 XpressClad substructure options; PX40, PX20 & PX3-0.

The options slightly vary in cavity depth, drainage, ventilation and adhesive application.

For guidance on which option to use, a clear comparison of the options can be seen below.

Although there are 3 options, the finished façade looks the same for all 3.

The XpressClad substructure can then match with 3 different cladding products.

See below for panel options.
